I recently placed an order but I accidentally selected the wrong size of the product. I emailed Redbubble as soon as I realized and I got an email back the same day and was able to change my order without any other charges! I am quite pleased with their speedy customer service and I will continue to order from Redbubble in the future!

Wanted an extra for a big Kylie fan and was delighted to find a Kylie mug on the site. It arrived within a few days well wrapped so in perfect condition and the price was fair . Great service good range of products. Will use again.

I ordered a "classic tshirt" but i have super sensitive skin and their shirt is waaaaaaaaay too rough (i break out into hives and would eventually go into anaphylactic shock if i would wear that shirt for more that 3 hours)I paid waaaay too much $$$ for a shirt i can't use, so i emailed them and they actually emailed me back, gave me a refund voucher for price of the shirt AND shipping, so we'll see how it goes from here
