"Excellent customer services"

Cos have excellent customer service - every time there is an issue they resolve it quickly and efficiently, whether it's a delay in refunds or a stolen package. I do wish they gave a little longer than 14 days to return especially considering COVID as almost all retailers give a minimum of 28 days (this is the only reason for 4 stars not 5). But I wouldn't hesitate to order from them as I trust them to resolve any problems.
