"Better than USPS."

For me, their packages usually arrive without delay. And usually, it comes in the morning or afternoon, not the evening which is appreciated. And if there IS a delay (which I can understand due to COVID-19), the tracking updates it so I know where my package is at what date.

"I'm so impressed with FedEx"

I'm so impressed with FedEx. I'm a small business owner and shipping for this holiday season has been awful. Literally, the worst ever I've heard! So having a shipping company you can rely on is so important. FedEx has been the best, and currently, I'm shipping a few ways to see which moves more quickly. Thank you to the drivers who work extremely long hours due to peak season and are under-appreciated. Each of you matter and are making a difference. Keep up the amazing work!
