First I started in German, which he went along with, but when he realised I was having trouble, he offered to help in English, which I found really caring. I Love High end Designer Handbags. I was given a MCM Handbag from my Aunt. I looked the bag up on Mcmworldwide because I was curious to know how much she paid. $1095. 00. I was using my new Beautiful Large GOLD VISETOS DRAWSTRING for about 5 months and I noticed that the cord to close the bag was frayed and looked very worn. I contacted MCM & someone responded pretty quickly. Her name was Victoria, she told me to contact the Leather Surgeons who repair their bags. Upon going back & forth them needing the model & serial number which is way down in a small pocket which I could not get to unless I cut it out I couldn't read the whole number. I've shipped my bag to the Leather Surgeons for Repair. I will let you know what the outcome is when I get my purse back. Today is 5/18/2017
