"Purchased a necklace for my wife"
Purchased a necklace for my wife. On arrival which happened very quickly after the order, there was a slight mark on the gold pendant. Contacted customer service and they is a replacement the same day shipped from Hong Kong swap over everything fine within 3 to 4 days.Fantastic customer service and no hassles.Highly recommended.
