I can not speak for anyone but myself, but my experiences have been great. The prices are amazing, the cologne has been real and my experience with customer service went great. Ordered an 8.5 oz. Creed Vetiver, very expensive item. Received a message from FedEx that my package had been damaged, contact seller. So I called Fragrance Net and they told me the following,"FedEx has not yet contacted us about this, but we will ship you a new package, overnight shipping."It only took them 5 minutes to send out a new, $500 package. My experience was great every time. I'm sure some of the quarrels on this site are true, but my experiences have not gone this way.
