Very surprised to see the trouble people seem to be having with &other stories here. I shop from them online all the time because I absolutely love their stuff. Design, quality and comfort. I have had difficulty on sizing, it sure is not consistent. Delivery is very quick and never had an issue. I have done some returns, very very slow, you're looking at a 3 to 4 weeks which is poor. One item I returned went missing but their customer service still processed the refund which I was greatful for. If you return anything make sure to keep proof of postage and you should be fine.
